Career Background
As a television anchor and reporter for 12 years at network affiliates in Florida and Ohio, I served as a health reporter and as a field anchor, hosting live interviews. I appeared on CNN and ABC’s Good Morning America; my reports also were distributed nationally through NIWS, a national news service, as well as, CBS, NBC and ABC.

For the last 12 years, I have worked as a corporate communications and public relations consultant. I have done on-camera video work and voice-overs for videos, broadcast spots and multimedia productions. I have served as a spokesperson and I coach executives on public speaking.

Fitness Activities
As a competitive bodybuilder, I have repeatedly finished within the top 5 of my classes at various regional competitions. I maintain a strict diet and training program all year.
